Special Note:
• The Tour Manager service will start from the first destination as per the itinerary.
• Disney Yatra Meals service will begin on Day 1 at the final arrival destination and continue until the departure from the last destination as per the itinerary.

Remarks:
• The guests who possess a valid USA Visa are eligible for an On Arrival Dubai Visa. Such On Arrival Visa fees are to be paid by the guest at immigration. To avail this option, a valid USA Visa copy must be submitted at the time of booking. Visa fee reduction will be applicable and processed upon submission of such valid USA Visa. It is mandatory to carry the passport with a valid USA Visa while going on tour.
• For USA passport holders, Dubai VISA will be On Arrival. To avail this option, a valid USA passport copy must be submitted at the time of booking. Visa fee reduction will be applicable and processed upon submission of such valid USA passport copy. It is mandatory to carry the valid passport while going on tour.
• Kindly remember that while entering the mosque, ladies are requested to cover their heads and wear full-sleeved clothes. It is also advised for men not to wear shorts or sleeveless t-shirts.
• Miracle Garden is operational from November to May; hence, guests booked during that period can enjoy Miracle Garden.
• All meals are provided by Disney Yatra in case the flight reaches the stipulated destination early in the morning or leaves the destination late in the evening.
• In case a particular sightseeing cannot be covered or visited on the tour due to any unavoidable political, environmental, or social circumstances, it will be replaced with the best possible alternative sightseeing.
• For tour departures on Air Arabia arriving at Sharjah, a Sharjah city orientation tour will be included in the itinerary.
• The standard check-in and check-out time of international hotels is usually 1500 hrs and 1200 hrs, respectively.
• Guests are advised that for domestic or internal flights from one city to another on international tours, the baggage allowance will be as per the respective airline baggage policy and weight regulations. Guests are requested to pack their belongings and carry luggage in accordance with the respective airline's baggage allowance. Excess baggage (if any) will be chargeable as per the airline policy and must be borne by the guest.

• In case of fewer bookings, certain specialized tours may be merged with family tours to ensure the tour operates at optimal capacity.
• While we strive to maintain our itinerary, the program is subject to change without prior notice.
• Due to the current pandemic, some sightseeing places might be temporarily closed without prior notice. In such cases, we will do our best to arrange alternate sightseeing options if possible.
• We request all guests to adhere to mandatory travel requirements such as RT PCR tests, vaccination certificates, self-declarations, e-pass formalities, etc., as per the state or country's COVID-19 regulations. Any costs incurred for these requirements will be borne by the guest.
• Disney Yatra does not recommend shopping at any specific stores; guests are free to shop at their discretion.

Today morning we proceed to enjoy city orientation tour, which includes Sheikh Zayed Road, Golf Club and pass by Atlantis and Dubai marina area. Take photo stop at Atlantis Hotel . Later enjoy the The View at the Palm to get 360-degree views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and beyond Spot iconic landmarks and hidden gems of this beautiful city. Drive through Palm Islands and take a quick photo break. Later enjoy shopping at Deira City centre. In the evening enjoy Marina Dhow Dinner Cruise – a traditional wooden sailing vessel, relax and enjoy spectacular views of modern architecture and the fascinating old city. Limousine Ride - Experience the Luxury of Dubai in style with a limousine ride.Cruise through the city's iconic landmarks and enjoy the memorable ride . Visit Miracle Garden - one of the most beautiful and biggest natural flower gardens in the world, featuring over 45 million flowers and plants. Later take a water taxi ride to Gold Souk and enjoy free time for shopping. In the evening experience the thrill of the most popular Desert Dune Safari by a Four Wheel drive. Enjoy the exciting Belly Dance show with dinner. Extra Topping: Soft Drink / Arabic Tea and Dates at Desert camp. Notes: Global Village will be included in our itinerary during 'Dubai shopping festival' period ONLY. During 1st May to 1st Nov, Miracle Garden will be replaced by Sky view Observatory at Skywalk Dubai.

Visit different sections like digital Amazon, DNA Library, Today we visit the 124th floor of Burj Khalifa via the high-speed elevators and enjoy the 360-degree views from 1483 feet. Here we also enjoy the fountain show at Burj Khalifa, later enjoy Dubai Fountain Boardwalk – Experience the enchanting Dubai Fountain up close on this scenic 272-meter walkway. Enjoy stunning views of the Burj Khalifa while soaking in the vibrant atmosphere. Perfect for photography and creating unforgettable memories, this is a must-visit spot in Downtown Dubai.Then we also visit AYA Dubai - A beyond the world experience, explore the luminous gardens, comand galaxies and dance with light. It is a sanctuary hidden beyond the far of the star. Extra Topping: Ice cream at Dubai Mall. Notes: In case of MOTF non availability the same will be replaced with Madame Tussauds Dubai.
Morning we proceed to Abu Dhabi. On arrival we visit to Sea World - With over 100 animal experiences, it is home to over 35 interactive experiences and rides, live characters and performances.
Morning enjoy city orientation tour of Abu Dhabi and visit Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque – this architectural work of art is one of the world’s largest mosques, with a capacity for an astonishing 41,000 worshipers. Then we proceed to visit BAPS Hindu Mandir in Abu Dhabi - the first traditional stone temple and the largest Hindu temple in West Asia. Later explore the massive indoor theme of Warner bros. and get transported to awesome worlds of action and adventure, whimsy and wackiness straight out of your favourite cartoons and movies! Notes: For visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Ladies are requested to wear full sleeves clothes and their head with scarf. Suggested Dress code is Modest, conservative, loose fitting clothing, long sleeves, long skirts and trousers. No transparent (see through) clothing. No shorts for men.

Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.
Your co-travelers can be any individual, right from a professional C.A or Doctor to a teacher, a teenager, an artist, a politician, businessman, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. When you return from your dream holiday, we assure you that there will be additions to your friends list.
You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
It is not advisable to do tours partly as you wont be able to experience your dream destinations completely. Disney Yatra offers you a wide range of products that suit your requirements. Our travel consultants will guide you on the same.
• Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you for your tour of choice and received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form signed, confirming that you and others on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
• Deposit: Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
• Payments: For all contracted services, a 50% advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the balance paid 7 days before your departure. Management personnel hold the right to decide the amount for advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time left before the service commences. For special cases such as Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the arrival date of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges:

• All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to check-in. Failing this, hotels may levy at least a one-night retention charge, payable by the customer. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels will not take responsibility for refunds until payment has been received from the hotel. If payment is made via Credit Card, the contract is irrevocable. Complaints regarding services should be communicated to Disney Yatra Tours and Travels during the tour. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only and processed before departure at the end of the tour as per the conversion rate at the time of refund.
• In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Jaipur City, India. Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days after your return to your home country.
• The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable for:
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
• Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.
• We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
• The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
• We do our best to give passengers an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation. However, if you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager immediately who will attempt to resolve the matter on the spot. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels shall be governed by the jurisdiction in India.
• To travel to India from overseas countries (except for Nepal & Bhutan citizens), a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and a visa are required. The processing of the passport and visa is not included in the tour cost.
• Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are 1200 hrs (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be made but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel policy and room availability.
• The cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless mentioned in the itinerary.
• Once the tour commences, it will proceed according to the finalized itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend any part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
• The price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges if there is a sudden hike in fuel prices, airfare, or taxes levied by the government. We will absorb up to 2%, and any excess amount will be surcharged.
• Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for those arrangements within our control and takes responsibility for negligence by our employees. However, we are not liable for:
• Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, however caused.
• Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors, or any persons engaged in providing accommodation, transportation, or services.
• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical issues, extreme weather, airport/seaport closures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
