TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Booking
Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on your selected Rajasthan tour package from Udaipur and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All relevant sections of the form must be completed accurately.
Deposit
Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
Payments
For all the services contracted, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The balance amount must be paid 7 days before departure.
Management reserves the right to decide the advance payment amount based on the service and the time left before the tour starts. For peak season bookings (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing at least a month prior to the client’s arrival. Cancellation charges are as follows:
· Once booking is done: 25% of the total package cost.
· 45 days prior to arrival: 50% of the tour/service cost.
· 15 days prior to arrival: 75% of the tour/service cost.
· 07 days prior to arrival: 100% of the tour/service cost.
Refunds will only be processed after receiving them from hotels or service providers.
Liability
Disney Yatra Tours and Travels does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities. As an operator of the Rajasthan tour packages, the company cannot be held liable for:
· Issues arising from third-party services or unforeseeable circumstances.
· Failures caused by unusual or unavoidable events.
Complaints
Complaints should be reported to the tour manager during the tour. Unresolved issues must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion.
Passports & Visas
For international travelers, a valid passport and visa are required. Processing of travel documents is not included in the package.
Early Check-in / Late Check-out
Hotel check-in/check-out timings are 12:00 PM (IST). Costs for early check-in or late check-out are not included.
Extra Use of Vehicles
Vehicle costs do not include extra usage beyond the itinerary unless specifically mentioned.
Rights to Amend the Itinerary
The itinerary for your Rajasthan vacation package may be altered due to unforeseen events for the safety and well-being of travelers.
Surcharge
Prices are subject to surcharges for sudden hikes in fuel, airfare, or taxes. Any increase beyond 2% will be charged additionally.
Our Liability
Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for services wholly under its control. However, the company is not liable for:
· Natural disasters, strikes, wars, or transport disruptions.
· Losses or delays caused by external factors or third parties.

• Arrive in Udaipur and check in to your hotel. • Visit the City Palace to explore its beautiful architecture and museums. • Take a boat ride on Lake Pichola. • Stroll around Jagdish Temple. • Dinner at a hotel restaurant.
• Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit Saheliyon ki Bari (Garden of the Maidens). • Explore Fateh Sagar Lake and enjoy views from the Necklace of the Queen island. • Lunch at a local restaurant.(By own) • Visit the Monsoon Palace for panoramic views of the city. • Evening at leisure for shopping or relaxing. • Dinner at a Hotel.
• Breakfast and check out from your hotel. • Depart for Jaisalmer (approximately 9-10 hours drive). • Arrive in Jaisalmer and check in to your hotel. • Relax and have dinner at a hotel.
• Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit Jaisalmer Fort and explore its stunning architecture. • Explore Patwon Ki Haveli and Salim Singh Ki Haveli. • Lunch at a local eatery (By own). • Visit Gadisar Lake for a serene afternoon. • In the evening, take a camel safari in the Sam Sand Dunes and enjoy the sunset. • Dinner with cultural performances at a desert camp.
• Breakfast and check out from your hotel. • Depart for Jodhpur (approximately 5-6 hours drive). • Arrive in Jodhpur and check in to your hotel. • Visit Mehrangarh Fort, one of the largest forts in India. • Explore Jaswant Thada, the royal cenotaphs. • Stroll around the Blue City and visit local markets. • Dinner at a hotel.
• Breakfast at the hotel. • Visit Umaid Bhawan Palace and its museum. • Explore Mandore Gardens and the historical cenotaphs. • Have lunch at a local café.(by own) • Visit the Clock Tower and Sardar Market for shopping. • Dinner at a hotel.
• Breakfast and check out from your hotel. • Depart for Pushkar (approximately 3-4 hours drive). • Arrive in Pushkar and check in to your hotel. • Visit the Brahma Temple, one of the few dedicated to Lord Brahma. • Explore Pushkar Lake and its ghats. • Lunch at a local café.(by own) • Stroll through the local markets for souvenirs. • Dinner at a hotel.
• Breakfast and check out from your hotel. • Depart for Jaipur (approximately 3-4 hours drive). • En route, you may visit Ajmer Sharif Dargah if time allows. • Arrive in Jaipur and explore highlights such as Hawa Mahal and City Palace (time permitting). • Drop off at the airport or railway station for your onward journey.

FAQs
Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.
Your co-travelers can be any individual, right from a professional C.A or Doctor to a teacher, a teenager, an artist, a politician, businessman, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. When you return from your dream holiday, we assure you that there will be additions to your friends list.
You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
It is not advisable to do tours partly as you wont be able to experience your dream destinations completely. Disney Yatra offers you a wide range of products that suit your requirements. Our travel consultants will guide you on the same.
