• The Tour Manager service will start from the first destination as per the itinerary.
• Disney Yatra Meals service will begin on Day 1 at the final arrival destination and continue until the departure from the last destination as per the itinerary.
• Meals will not be provided during air travel or transit stops.

• All transfers and sightseeing will be provided by A/C Coach for maximum comfort.
• Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you for your tour of choice and received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form signed, confirming that you and others on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
• Deposit: Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
• Payments: For all contracted services, a 50% advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the balance paid 7 days before your departure. Management personnel hold the right to decide the amount for advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time left before the service commences. For special cases such as Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the arrival date of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges:

• All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to check-in. Failing this, hotels may levy at least a one-night retention charge, payable by the customer. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels will not take responsibility for refunds until payment has been received from the hotel. If payment is made via Credit Card, the contract is irrevocable. Complaints regarding services should be communicated to Disney Yatra Tours and Travels during the tour. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only and processed before departure at the end of the tour as per the conversion rate at the time of refund.
• In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Jaipur City, India. Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days after your return to your home country.
• The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable for:
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
• Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.
• We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
• The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
• We do our best to give passengers an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation. However, if you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager immediately who will attempt to resolve the matter on the spot. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels shall be governed by the jurisdiction in India.
• To travel to India from overseas countries (except for Nepal & Bhutan citizens), a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and a visa are required. The processing of the passport and visa is not included in the tour cost.
• Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are 1200 hrs (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be made but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel policy and room availability.
• The cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless mentioned in the itinerary.
• Once the tour commences, it will proceed according to the finalized itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend any part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
• The price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges if there is a sudden hike in fuel prices, airfare, or taxes levied by the government. We will absorb up to 2%, and any excess amount will be surcharged.
• Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for those arrangements within our control and takes responsibility for negligence by our employees. However, we are not liable for:
• Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, however caused.
• Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors, or any persons engaged in providing accommodation, transportation, or services.
• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical issues, extreme weather, airport/seaport closures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
Arrive in London – City of Queen’s land, world class museums, Buckingham palace, Big Ben, Tower bridge and much much more. On arrival visit the Tower of London, where we will see the 'Kohinoor Diamond'. You can also photograph yourself with the 'Yeomen Warders', the ceremonial guardians of the Tower of London. Next visit the famous Madame Tussaud's wax museum. This museum houses a unique collection of world's largest wax works of famous personalities, including India's top leaders and film stars. We proceed to enjoy city orientation tour covering Hyde Park, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus, River Thames, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, Tower Bridge. Admire panoramic views over the Thames River, Big Ben and other landmarks on this 30 minute flight – The London Eye Ride - Europe’s tallest observation wheel. Free time for shopping at the famous Oxford / Bakers Street. (If time Permits)

Upon arrival visit the Paris's most famous and awaited attraction of your trip, The Eiffel Tower - World’s most recognisable landmark, Masterpiece of modern architecture. The most enthralling landmark of Paris. Take the elevator and access the top level of Eiffel Tower from where you can get fantastic views of Paris city (Top Level subject to operation/availability). Today proceed to explore the city of Bruges – famous for lace making, charming cobblestone streets and romantic canals. On arrival enjoy walking tour of this lovely city. Later proceed to discover the landmarks and impressive monuments of Brussels on a walking orientation tour. Grand Place - Marvel at the medieval majesty of the Market square, gaze at the remarkable facade of the Town hall, Guild houses, Serclaes Monument and the famous Manneken Pis Statue and photo stop at Atomium. Today proceed to Madurodam – Holland in miniature. Feel like a giant amidst models of palaces, canals, windmills, harbors, airports and other Holland attractions replicated in minute detail OR Keukenhof (from 21 March – 12 May) – the largest spring garden in the world. You will be spellbound at the sight of beautiful displays of over seven million Tulips, Daffodils and other flowers, spread over 80 acres of stunning landscape and thematic gardens. Then enjoy a canal cruise, which is the best way to get a good impression of how Amsterdam was built and how much still remains from the Golden Age. Arrive in Cologne. Photo stop at Cologne Cathedral - the largest Gothic church and an iconic symbol of the city as it bore the brunt of 70 airborne bombs during the World War II and yet remained intact towering over the city. Travel through the Black forest region – an evergreen magical land full of cultural traditions and home to cuckoo clocks, striking half-timber houses, ruined castles and quaint towns. Pass by home village of Cuckoo Clock. Proceed to Lucerne en-route visit Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen (Neuhausen) enjoy Boat ride for a spectacular view of the falls. Pass by Zurich Lake. Today proceed to Mt Titlis, one of the highest peak in central Switzerland. As you journey to Mt Titlis in two different cable cars, you will be amazed as the scenery changes from green meadows, scenic lakes to snow clad mountains. The last leg of this journey will be in the world's first rotating cable car called the 'Titlis Rotair'. Visit the Ice Grotto and enjoy a ride on the thrilling Ice Flyer ride and Snow sliding (subject to operation). If weather permits, you can take a stroll on the latest attraction at Mt Titlis – The Cliff Walk. Next enjoy an orientation tour of Lucerne where you will see Lion Monument and the Kapellbrucke (wooden bridge). Here you will have some free time to shop for the famous Swiss Watches, knives and chocolates. Later enjoy a scenic cruise on the serene waters of Lake Lucerne. Drive through Vaduz – the capital of the principality of Liechtenstein. Enjoy the surroundings of Vaduz by Tram. Proceed to Wattens to visit Swarovski Crystal World Museum. Enjoy a mesmerizing experience in the 'world of crystals'. Later make your way to Innsbruck. On arrival enjoy city orientation tour of Innsbruck. See the famous Golden Roof as you stroll on cobblestone pathways of Maria Theresien Strasse and get a feel of old European charm of Innsbruck. Extra Topping: Cold drink during journey
Today proceed to Venice – the city of romance. Board your Vaporetto water bus to reach the Venice Island. Experience one of the most truly Venetian moments on a Gondola ride. Glide through the canals in your Gondola and see the hidden places only accessible by Gondola. On your orientation tour of Venice see the Doge's Palace, Bell Tower, Bridge of Sighs – which served as a link between the Doge's Palace and the New Prisons, St Marks Square and the Basilica. Proceed to the Vatican City – the smallest country in the world. Take a photo-stop at World renowned Vatican Square. Visit the holy basilica of St. Peter’s – famous for The Pieta Sculpture and home of architectural and artistic masterpieces, which will you spellbound. Later proceed to Rome - 'The Eternal City' as ancient inhabitants believed it would go on forever. On arrival enjoy walking city orientation tour see the Roman Forum – an impressive sprawl of ruins which was the political and commercial hub of the Roman Empire, then take a brief stop at Trevi Fountain – Rome's most famous fountain, known for its legend that states if you throw a coin in the water, you will return to Rome someday. See the Circus Maximus – a Roman chariot racing stadium and mass entertainment venue of ancient Rome followed by the famous Piazza Venezia, a square located in the heart of Rome and photo stop at Colosseum from outside. Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.

You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
