Important notes for a smooth travel experience with Disney Yatra:
Arrive at designated reporting place report to vehicle and proceed to House boat, a unique staying option situated around beautiful Dal and Nagin lakes.
Enjoy the Dal Lake Shikara ride and visit the island of Char Chinar and photograph yourself in Kashmiri outfits at your own cost. Also, visit Shankaracharya Hill and the holy temple. Later proceed to Pahalgam - A tourist destination situated on the Lidder River famous for its lush green meadows and pristine waters. En route visit Avantipoora ruins – A temple complex dedicated to Lord Shiva and Vishnu was built by King Avantiraman in the 9th century. Pass by the Pampore Saffron fields. Then we take a photo stop at Apple and Walnut Plantations. Extra Topping: Kawa – a Kashmiri Tea at Char Chinar. Tea/ Coffee and Kashmiri cookies at Avantipur Ruins. Apple Juice at Apple Valley.
Morning explore nearby region of Pahalgam like Chandanwari to witness the magnificent views of Lidder valley. Enjoy photography and Lidder riverside trek. Later we visit Betaab Valley. This valley attributes its name to the hit Bollywood movie Betaab, which was shot in its picturesque surroundings. Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee at Chandanwari.
Today proceed to Srinagar, en-route visit the cricket bat factory. On arrival visit Nishat Bagh - "The Garden of Pleasure" and Shalimar Bagh - "Abode of Love". Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee en-route Pahalgam to Srinagar. Bhutta(corn) / Pop corn, Tea / Coffee / Soft Drink at Shalimar Gardens. Notes: We will visit Tulip garden at Srinagar during the blooming period.
Morning proceed to experience Asia’s Highest Cable Car ride (subject to availability) at Gulmarg. En route visit Carpet Factory. Pass by the picturesque golf course. Arrive at Gulmarg a famous skiing destination, located on the Pir Panjal Range, it was originally known as ‘Gauri Marg’ meaning the path of Devi Gauri. On arrival take a cable car ride to Apharwat Snow Point to get a breathtaking view of Khilanmarg. Later free time for various activities like Snow-boarding and skiing at your own cost or simply have fun playing in the snow. Extra Topping: Tea/ Coffee enroute from Srinagar to Gulmarg. Coffee at Kondogri, Gulmarg. Notes: We are currently facing issues in the booking of Gondola Ride tickets as the tickets are booked online and is subject to availability. The reservation slots opening depends upon Jammu & Kashmir Cable Car Corporation schedule. As the bookings on this site are done from all over India, the ticket bookings are subject to availability and it is possible that some guest may not get Gondola tickets. We are trying to issue the ticket for our guest till the last minute, If not, Guest will be refunded amount of Rs.1800/- Per Person of the Gondola ticket and guest may enjoy alternate sightseeing.
Proceed to Sonmarg, also known as 'Meadow of Gold' in the valley of River Sindh. View magnificent picturesque mountain ranges. Free time for shopping. Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.
Your co-travelers can be any individual, right from a professional C.A or Doctor to a teacher, a teenager, an artist, a politician, businessman, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. When you return from your dream holiday, we assure you that there will be additions to your friends list.
You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
It is not advisable to do tours partly as you wont be able to experience your dream destinations completely. Disney Yatra offers you a wide range of products that suit your requirements. Our travel consultants will guide you on the same.
• Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you for your tour of choice and received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form signed, confirming that you and others on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
• Deposit: Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
• Payments: For all contracted services, a 50% advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the balance paid 7 days before your departure. Management personnel hold the right to decide the amount for advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time left before the service commences. For special cases such as Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the arrival date of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges:

• All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to check-in. Failing this, hotels may levy at least a one-night retention charge, payable by the customer. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels will not take responsibility for refunds until payment has been received from the hotel. If payment is made via Credit Card, the contract is irrevocable. Complaints regarding services should be communicated to Disney Yatra Tours and Travels during the tour. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only and processed before departure at the end of the tour as per the conversion rate at the time of refund.
• In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Jaipur City, India. Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days after your return to your home country.
• The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable for:
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
• Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.
• We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
• The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
• We do our best to give passengers an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation. However, if you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager immediately who will attempt to resolve the matter on the spot. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels shall be governed by the jurisdiction in India.
• To travel to India from overseas countries (except for Nepal & Bhutan citizens), a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and a visa are required. The processing of the passport and visa is not included in the tour cost.
• Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are 1200 hrs (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be made but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel policy and room availability.
• The cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless mentioned in the itinerary.
• Once the tour commences, it will proceed according to the finalized itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend any part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
• The price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges if there is a sudden hike in fuel prices, airfare, or taxes levied by the government. We will absorb up to 2%, and any excess amount will be surcharged.
• Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for those arrangements within our control and takes responsibility for negligence by our employees. However, we are not liable for:
• Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, however caused.
• Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors, or any persons engaged in providing accommodation, transportation, or services.
• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical issues, extreme weather, airport/seaport closures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
