    Best Time:

    TERMS & CONDITIONS

    The Booking:

    Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of

    your choice and we have received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully

    completed. We can only accept a booking form signed as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking

    terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.

     

    Deposit:

    Upon completion of the signed booking form a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person, be paid to the company.

     

    Payments:

    For all the services contracted, a certain 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking, on confirmed basis &

    the balance amount can be paid 7 days before your departure from your country. Management personnel’s hold the right to decide

    upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of

    the service. Apart from above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (X-Mas,

    New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

     

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the date of arrival of the client. We levy the following

    cancellation charges.

    • Once booking is done 25% of Total Package Cost.

    • 45 Days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost

    • 15 Days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour / service cost

    • 07 Days prior to arrival: 100% of the Tour / service cost

     

    All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent / customer at least one week prior to the date of check in failing which

    hotels reserve the right to levy at least one-night retention which is payable by the customer making reservation through us.

    DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS do not take any responsibility to make any refund on deposit to the clients until the same

    has been received by us from the hotel/s. If payment of the tour is through Credit Card charge, then the contract is irrevocable. If

    there is any complaint regarding services it should be communicated to DISNEY YATRA TOURS AND TRAVELS while the tour is

    still on. Refund, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only in India before the departure at the end of the tour, as per the

    conversion rate prevailing at the time of refund. In case of any legal dispute the Jurisdiction will be Jaipur City, India. Refunds for

    unused services or shortening of tour due to genuine reason will be executed within 10 days of your returning to your home

    Country.

     

    Liability:

    The company does not own or control hotels, coaches or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour

    therefore, we cannot be held liable.

    • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier or agents.

    • Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.

    • Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and is unforeseeable or

    unavoidable.

    • Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.

    • Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier even with all due care could not foresee or foretell.

    We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to

    the passengers. The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best

    knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.Complaints

    We do our best to give passengers travelling on any of our holidays an enjoyable and trouble free vacation but occasionally plans

    go wrong. Should you have any complaint, please inform your tour manager (at the same time), who will do everything possible to

    resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify the company within 28

    days of the tour ending in writing. If you do not write to us within this time, this will affect the investigation and outcome of the

    complaint. Any disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. Shall be governed by Jurisdiction in India.

    Passports & Visas

    To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizens of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months’ valid passport and a

    valid Visa. And processing of Passport and Visa are not included in the tour cost.

    Early Check-in / Late Check -out

    Please note that standard check-in / Checkout time in most hotels is 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or Late

    check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do

    not guarantee that, that entirely depends upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

    Extra Uses of our Vehicle

    Please note that the cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) does not include extra usage of vehicle like after transfer or

    after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the itinerary.

    Rights to amend the itinerary if required

    Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we

    reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and wellbeing of our esteemed passengers.

    Surcharge

    The Price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges in case of sudden hike in fuel prices, scheduled airfare and any taxes

    levied by the government. Even in this case, we will try to absorb an amount of 2%, an amount exceedingly over 2% will be

    surcharged.

     

    Our Liability

    Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts the liability for those arrangements for your holiday, which are wholly within our control

    and therefore, accept liability to clients for the negligence of our employees. However, we would like to draw attention to the

    following circumstances, which fall outside our direct control or where for some reason we are not prepared to accept liability.

    The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person travelling with him or her for: Any death,

    personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft

    howsoever caused;

    Any act, omission, default of any independent contractor or other person or by any servant or agents employed by them who may

    be engaged or concerned in the provision of accommodation, refreshment, carriage facility or service for the client or for any

    person travelling with him howsoever caused. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels are unable to take liability for commercial

    arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist

    activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and seaports and similar event

    out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

    Itinerary

    ay 1: Mumbai to Srinagar | Arrival in Srinagar Tour guests are requested to report at the Mumbai Airport as per the scheduled flight departure time. The journey will take you to Kashmir. Flight Details- Flight Time- Welcome to Jammu and Kashmir! After arriving at the airport, proceed to Srinagar, the summer capital. Enjoy local sightseeing around Dal Lake, visiting the famous Mughal Gardens: Pari Mahal: Offers panoramic views. Shalimar Bagh: Built by Emperor Jahangir. Nishat Bagh: Stunning views of Dal Lake. Chashme Shahi: Known for its natural spring. Shankaracharya Temple: Offers historical significance and city views. Hazratbal Shrine: Important Muslim shrine by Dal Lake. Jamia Masjid: Beautiful wooden mosque. Meals: Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Day 2: Gulmarg Day Trip After breakfast, head to Gulmarg, known for its natural beauty and skiing. Enjoy the scenic route through Tangmarg. Explore attractions like: Maharaja Palace and Golf Club. Gondola Ride to Apharwat Peak.(1st and 2nd Phase Tickets include) Optional winter sports: skiing, sledging, ATV rides (at your own cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Travel to Sonmarg, "Meadows of Gold. " Enjoy the picturesque countryside and explore: Pony rides to Thajiwas Glacier (additional cost). Visit Zero Point and Fish Point (at your own cost). Return to Srinagar for an overnight stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Proceed to Pahalgam, known as "the valley of Shepherds. " Enroute, visit saffron fields and Awantipura ruins. Enjoy the breathtaking views and optional pony rides to Baisaran Valley (at your own cost). Overnight stay in Pahalgam. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Explore nearby valleys like Betaab, Chandanwari, and Aru Valley (local transport only). Enjoy the natural beauty and trails. Overnight stay in Pahalgam. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Return to Srinagar for a relaxing Shikara Ride on Dal Lake. Visit floating gardens and enjoy the charm of houseboats. Overnight stay in a hotel in Srinagar. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Dinner at hotel.

    Transfer to the domestic airport for your onward journey.     FAQs

    Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.

    Your co-travelers can be any individual, right from a professional C.A or Doctor to a teacher, a teenager, an artist, a politician, businessman, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. When you return from your dream holiday, we assure you that there will be additions to your friends list.

    You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
