• 2 passport size photos
• Adult – Original + photocopy of any of the ID proof i.e. Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Voters ID / Passport

• NRI / Foreign nationals – Mandatory Passport + Valid Indian visa / OCI card / PIO card
• Above mentioned ID proof is mandatory at the time of booking and carry the same ID proof on tour as well
Special Note:
• The Tour Manager service will start from the first destination as per the itinerary.
• Disney Yatra Meals service will begin on Day 1 at the final arrival destination and continue until the departure from the last destination as per the itinerary.
• Meals will not be provided during air travel or transit stops.

Road Transport:
• All transfers and sightseeing will be provided by A/C Coach for maximum comfort.
Reporting & Dropping for Joining & Leaving Guests:
• DAY 1: Delhi Airport by 09:00 hrs.
• DAY 4 : Delhi Airport by 19:00 hrs.
Important Note:
• In case of fewer bookings, certain specialized tours may be merged with family tours to ensure the tour operates at optimal capacity.
• While we strive to maintain our itinerary, the program is subject to change without prior notice.
• Due to the current pandemic, some sightseeing places might be temporarily closed without prior notice. In such cases, we will do our best to arrange alternate sightseeing options if possible.
• We request all guests to adhere to mandatory travel requirements such as RT PCR tests, vaccination certificates, self-declarations, e-pass formalities, etc., as per the state or country's COVID-19 regulations. Any costs incurred for these requirements will be borne by the guest.
• Disney Yatra does not recommend shopping at any specific stores; guests are free to shop at their discretion.
Itinerary
Tour guests are requested to report at the railway station as per the scheduled train departure time. The journey will take you to Jaipur, famously known as the "Pink City, " renowned for its majestic forts, royal palaces, and rich cultural heritage. Train Details- Train Time-
Arrive in Jaipur, transfer to the hotel. Afternoon city tour: Visit City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Hawa Mahal (drive past). Overnight at hotel.
Visit Amber Fort (optional elephant/jeep ride) and Birla Temple. Afternoon free for leisure/shopping. Overnight at hotel.
After breakfast, check out and drive to Jaisalmer. Evening camel ride at Jaisalmer camp. Overnight at Jaisalmer Camp.
Check out from camp, visit Golden Fort, Gadhisar Lake, Patwaon-Ki-Haweli, Nathmalji- Ki-Haweli. Shopping at the local market. Overnight at Jaisalmer hotel.
Drive to Jodhpur, en route visit Desert Cultural Centre. Visit Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Evening free at leisure. Overnight at Jodhpur hotel.
Check out and drive to Udaipur. Sightseeing at Lake Pichola. Overnight at Udaipur hotel.
Visit City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Sahelion Ki Bari. Optional boat ride at Lake Pichola. Transfer to Udaipur Airport/Railway Station for departure Train Details- Train Time

FAQs
Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.
Your co-travelers can be any individual, right from a professional C.A or Doctor to a teacher, a teenager, an artist, a politician, businessman, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. When you return from your dream holiday, we assure you that there will be additions to your friends list.
You can extend your stay provided you intimate us of such extension at the time of your booking. Additional charges will be applicable. No extensions/alterations can be done when the tour is in progress.
