    Terms & Conditions

    The Booking

    • Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you for your tour of choice and received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form signed, confirming that you and others on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
    • Deposit: Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
    • Payments: For all contracted services, a 50% advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the balance paid 7 days before your departure. Management personnel hold the right to decide the amount for advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time left before the service commences. For special cases such as Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the arrival date of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges:

    • All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to check-in. Failing this, hotels may levy at least a one-night retention charge, payable by the customer. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels will not take responsibility for refunds until payment has been received from the hotel. If payment is made via Credit Card, the contract is irrevocable. Complaints regarding services should be communicated to Disney Yatra Tours and Travels during the tour. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only and processed before departure at the end of the tour as per the conversion rate at the time of refund.
    • In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Jaipur City, India. Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days after your return to your home country.

    Liability

    • The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable for:
    • Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
    • Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
    • Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
    • Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
    • Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.
    • We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
    • The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.

    Complaints

    • We do our best to give passengers an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation. However, if you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager immediately who will attempt to resolve the matter on the spot. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels shall be governed by the jurisdiction in India.

    Passports & Visas

    • To travel to India from overseas countries (except for Nepal & Bhutan citizens), a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and a visa are required. The processing of the passport and visa is not included in the tour cost.

    Early Check-in / Late Check-out

    • Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are 1200 hrs (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be made but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel policy and room availability.

    Extra Use of Our Vehicles

    • The cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless mentioned in the itinerary.

    Rights to Amend the Itinerary

    • Once the tour commences, it will proceed according to the finalized itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend any part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

    Surcharge

    • The price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges if there is a sudden hike in fuel prices, airfare, or taxes levied by the government. We will absorb up to 2%, and any excess amount will be surcharged.

    Our Liability

    • Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for those arrangements within our control and takes responsibility for negligence by our employees. However, we are not liable for:
    • Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, however caused.
    • Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors, or any persons engaged in providing accommodation, transportation, or services.
    • Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical issues, extreme weather, airport/seaport closures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.

    Attention all, Today will start our Chardham Yatra. Meet-up Spot: BANDRA TERMINUS BDTS Railway Station Train Name: Dee Garibrath 12216 Departure Time: 12:00 PM Reporting Time at Station: 10:30 AM

    -Today will Meet Disney Yatra Tour Manager at Delhi airport /station / hotel / home and drive to Haridwar. -Check into the hotel arrival in Haridwar. -Evening visit Mansa Devi Temple & Ganga aarti at Har Ki Pauri. Overnight stay at Haridwar. ( An Eveningat Ganga aarti Haridwar: The Ganga Aarti in Hardwar’sHar-ki- Pauri is one of the famous rituals in India. It starts at around 6.30pm after sunset, with large crowds gathered around both the banks of a canal that carriesthe waters of Ganges. Loud speakers blaresongs in praiseof Ganga Maiyaand Shiva. The time of Aarti sees a bustle of activity on the ghats A pack of diya comes fully equipped and is self-sufficient! It has a wick lamp surrounded by flowers It lasted for around 30 min )

    -Morning after breakfast transfer to Barkot -On arrival, check-in at the hotel in Barkot for dinner & overnight stay.

    -Early morning after breakfast (packed breakfast), drive to Jankichatti /Phoolchatti &trek from here to Yamunotri (6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own cost). -After taking bath in JamunabaiKund’s warm water and cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice home as "Prasad". -Having Darshan of “Yamunaji” return to Jankichatti by trek. Overnight stay at Barkot. ( Hanuman Chatti:The confluence of Hanuman Ganga & YamunaRiver. Yamunotri Temple: Maharani Gularia of Jaipur built the temple in the 19th Century. It was destroyedtwice in the present centuryand rebuilt again. Surya Kund: There are a Number of thermal springs in the vicinity of the temple, whichflows intonumerous pools.The most importantof these is Surya Kund. Divya Shila: A rock pillar,worshipped before enteringthe Yamunotri Temple. Yamunotri- Yamunotri is situated in the westernregion of the Garhwal Himalayas and is at a height of 3,235 metersabove sea level.Yamunotri is the source of the river Yamuna.The shrine of Yamunotri is located on the Bandar Poonch peak. )

    -Morning after leisurely breakfast, drive to Uttarkashi. -Check into the hotel arrivalin Uttarkashi. -Evening visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Uttarkashi. -Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. ( Uttarkashi: Situatedat the bank of riverBhagirathi. The templeof Lord Vishwanath is located here wherea massive iron trident is erected. The other important temples situated here are Ekadash Rudra,Bhairav, Gyaneshwar and Goddess KutetiDevi. )

    -Early morning (packed breakfast) drive to Gangotri(3048 mts), enroute at Gangnanitake a holy dip in Garam Kund, have bath drive to Gangotri via beautiful Harsil Valley. -Harsil is famousfor its naturebeauty and for the majesticviews of the Deodar trees and mountains. -On arrival at Shree Gangotri, take a holy dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called Bhagirathi at its origin. -Perform Pooja and Darshan, afterthat relax for some time in the lovely surroundings. -Later drive back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi. ( Gangotri- Gangotriis the place high in the GarhwalHimalayas from wherethe holy Ganges originates. According to the legend, it was here the Ganga descended on the earth, when Lord Shivareleased the mightyriver from the locks of his hair. The temple of Gangotri, dedicated to Goddess Gangastands on the bank of the river.)

    -Morning after breakfast, drive to Guptkashi via Moolgarh & Lambgoan. -Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. -The Mandakini River comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reachGuptkashi, visit ArdhNarishwar Temple in Guptkashi. -Check into the hotel arrival in Guptkashi. -Overnight stay at Guptakashi.

    -Morning after breakfast drive to Gaurikund, Trek start from Gaurikund to Shri Kedarnath ji (3584 mts) on foot or on by pony / Doli. -Yatra members shouldcarry personal medicines, heavy woolen, toiletries and clothes for an overnight halt at Shri Kedarnath. -Check in Hotel. -After freshening up, visit Shri Kedarnath ji Temple & perform Pooja. In the evening also visit Adi Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the Temple. -Overnight stay at Kedarnath hotel. ( Shri Kedarnath- is a majesticsight, standing in the middle of a wide plateau surrounded by lofty snow Covered peaks.The temple of Kedarnath, locatedat a height of 3,581 mts, stand at the head of the Mandakini river.The present temple, built in the 8th century by Adi Shankaracharya, stands adjacent to the site of an earlier templebuilt by the Pandavas. The inner walls of the assembly hall are decorated with figures of various deitiesand scenes frommythology. Outsidethe temple door a large statue of the Nandi Bull stands as guard. It is said that devotees who die here become one with Shiva himself.)

    -On this day we will stay in Phata/guptkashi to keep a buffer time in hand to handle any last moment delay because of bad weatheror any technical or medical reason. -This is the best way to arrangean itinerary or program for both trekkers and flyers to Shri Kedarnath Ji. -In lack of geographical knowledge and climate conditions of this divine land some passengers or some travelagents or tour operators use to keep neck to neck to program for 02 nights in Kedarnath Ji region this always createproblem and they themselves use to disturb their further program. -You should coverthe sight-sing or Darshan of Shri TriyugiNarayan Temple (Optional and Chargeable Extra) for maximumuse of this day if we stay in Guptkashi/Sitapur./Phata

    -Morning after breakfast, drive to Shri Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in Shri Badrinath. -Pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshanof Badrivishal & Aarti in the evening. -Brahma Kapal is significant for Pind Daan Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). -Just within the three kms of Badrinath Ji. Overnight stay at Shri Badrinath. ( Shri Badrinath- Shri Badrinath is one of the most important of all the four(Char) Dhams in India. This temple locatedbetween Nar &Narayan mountain rangesand in the shadow of Nilkantha peak at the height of 3,133 mts. It is the most popular of Vishnu pilgrimages among the five Badries, also known as Vishal Badri. Tapt Kund: Natural thermal springs on the bank of the river Alaknanda, where it is customary to bathe before enteringthe Badrinath temple. Narad Kund: A recess in the river, near Tapt Kund, forming a pool from where the Badrinath idol was recovered. Mata Murty Temple: Devoted to the mother of Sri Badrinathji. Other important temples include SeshNetraTemple, Urvashi Temple and Charanpaduka. Mana Village: Inhabited by an Indo-Mongolian tribe, it is the last Indian village before Tibet. Bhim Pul: On the other side of Mana village, a massive rock forming a natural bridgelies over the roaring Saraswati River. It presents a spectacular view of water thundering down through the narrow passageunder the rock and is believed to have been placed thereby Bhim, the secondeldest among the five Pandavabrothers. Vyas Gufa (cave): Near Mana Village, this is a rock-cave where Ved Vyas is believed to have composed the Mahabharata and the pauraniccommentaries. )

    -Early will have darshan at Badrinath temple , After Breakfast checkout from the hotel and drive to Haridwar/Rishikesh. -Dinner and overnight stay in Haridwar.

    -Morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel -Triveni Ghat: Start your day with a visit to Triveni Ghat, one of the most sacred bathing ghats in Rishikesh. -Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula: Take a walk across the iconic suspension bridges of Rishikesh - Lakshman Jhula and Ram Jhula - to enjoy panoramic views of the river and surrounding hills. -Parmarth Niketan Ashram: End your day by attending the evening Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan Ashram, where you can experience a spiritual ceremony by the banks of the Ganges. -After sightseen will start our overnight Journey to Delhi.

    Generally the number of guest traveling varies depending on the destination. The average group size for World tour is between 40 to 47 and Indian tour is between 28 to 56. However, if a particular tour gets an overwhelming response or if it is a special tour like My Fair Lady or Second Innings tour then the group size may go beyond the aforesaid group size.
