• Your contract is with Disney Yatra Tours and Travels. A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you for your tour of choice and received your signed booking form and deposits. All the relevant sections must be correctly and fully completed. We can only accept a booking form signed, confirming that you and others on the tour accept our booking terms and conditions and are entering into the contract.
• Deposit: Upon completion of the signed booking form, a deposit of 50% of the tour cost per person must be paid to the company.
• Payments: For all contracted services, a 50% advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis, with the balance paid 7 days before your departure. Management personnel hold the right to decide the amount for advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time left before the service commences. For special cases such as Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts during peak seasons (X-Mas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to us at least a month prior to the arrival date of the client. We levy the following cancellation charges:

• All hotel reservations require reconfirmation by the agent/customer at least one week prior to check-in. Failing this, hotels may levy at least a one-night retention charge, payable by the customer. Disney Yatra Tours and Travels will not take responsibility for refunds until payment has been received from the hotel. If payment is made via Credit Card, the contract is irrevocable. Complaints regarding services should be communicated to Disney Yatra Tours and Travels during the tour. Refunds, if any, will be made in Indian Rupees only and processed before departure at the end of the tour as per the conversion rate at the time of refund.
• In case of legal disputes, jurisdiction will be in Jaipur City, India. Refunds for unused services or shortened tours due to genuine reasons will be executed within 10 days after your return to your home country.
• The company does not own or control hotels, coaches, or other facilities mentioned in the tour. As an operator of the package tour, we cannot be held liable for:
• Where there has been no fault on the part of the company, supplier, or agents.
• Where the failures in performance of the contract are attributable to the customer.
• Where the failures are attributable to a third party not connected with the provision of the holiday and are unforeseeable or unavoidable.
• Where the failures are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control.
• Where the failures are due to an event which you or your supplier, even with all due care, could not foresee or foretell.
• We do take all reasonable steps in ensuring that the organization maintains standards and provides a service that is acceptable to the passengers.
• The information within this website has been compiled with all reasonable care and is correct to the best knowledge of the company and is published in good faith.
• We do our best to give passengers an enjoyable and trouble-free vacation. However, if you have any complaints, please inform your tour manager immediately who will attempt to resolve the matter on the spot. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, you must notify the company in writing within 28 days of the tour’s conclusion. Failure to do so may affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint. Disputes between clients and Disney Yatra Tours and Travels shall be governed by the jurisdiction in India.
• To travel to India from overseas countries (except for Nepal & Bhutan citizens), a valid passport with 6 months’ validity and a visa are required. The processing of the passport and visa is not included in the tour cost.
• Standard check-in/check-out times in most hotels are 1200 hrs (IST). Therefore, the cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be made but are not guaranteed and depend on the hotel policy and room availability.
• The cost of the vehicle (car/coaches with driver) does not include extra usage beyond transfers or sightseeing, unless mentioned in the itinerary.
• Once the tour commences, it will proceed according to the finalized itinerary. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to amend any part of the itinerary to ensure the safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.
• The price of your travel arrangement is subject to surcharges if there is a sudden hike in fuel prices, airfare, or taxes levied by the government. We will absorb up to 2%, and any excess amount will be surcharged.
• Disney Yatra Tours and Travels accepts liability for those arrangements within our control and takes responsibility for negligence by our employees. However, we are not liable for:
• Any death, personal injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss, damage, or theft, however caused.
• Acts, omissions, or defaults of independent contractors, or any persons engaged in providing accommodation, transportation, or services.
• Events beyond our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical issues, extreme weather, airport/seaport closures, or any other unforeseeable circumstances.
